Just the way I intend to make mine. Well done. Your handle appear a little short leaving your hands to pu splinters or nick your knuckles. I think I will try straight across handles for a start . I have a lot of very old very hard Tasmania timber for handles.

Sorry for delayed reply, haven't been maintaing the channel properly for a while. Answer: Only a little, extended the head form taller to make room for horns though. Also if making another I would include a hidden velcro opening and made the finger grips adjustable as they've loosened off over time.

Can you make one big enough for an adult to sit in it or is that not possible? I just saw a Pamela Anderson photoshoot with a giant egg

Very informative! I just treated myself to a very large metal dragon sculpture, and she will need a nest of eggs. I want one cracked open, and to have a hatchling dragon nearby (which my blacksmith boyfriend and I want to make ourselves if all goes well). I'm now pondering how to make a paper mâché egg last outside (even if it's for one season at a time). I'm sure there is some kind of sealer that would suffice. :-) Great job!

hi. what are the ingredients and its measurements that u use?
@LiatachMakes5 жыл бұрын
Hi, as stated in the video: wheatpaste glue is 4:1 water to flour, well cooked plus generous helping of salt as a mould inhibitor. I think I used about 1 and a half 4L batches.

@@LiatachMakes Oh good to know, so how much salt would you add? I live in the PNW it's very damp here
@LiatachMakes5 жыл бұрын
@@cutiedew69 I eyeballed the salt, too much might interfere with the glue. Try a quarter to a half a cup. Consider a powered insect poison like boric acid if that might be a problem for you too.
