Commenting on an 8 year old video to suggest Tankrelion Swol. Your Q does max health damage(plus a few hundred extra damage) scaling with Stardust stacks. This makes you viable as a mage-bruiser hybrid at all stages of the game, building Seraphs Embrace and then full tank items. One more ap item(crystal scepter or liandrys) is optional... if you're a PUSSY. But seriously I've actually been doing well as tank asol in top lane, and ending most of my matches with a positive KDA and 54% winrate. Nothing phenomenal, but you should absolutely try it. Always start with tear of the goddess, your first item can either be Seraphs Embrace, Kaenic Rookern, Frozen Heart or Jak'sho depending on who you're fighting. Against AP champs rush Kaenic, against AD auto-attackers rush Frozen Heart or JS. Love your vids btw, thank you for introducing me to AP Thresh.

Why is his health/resist so high if he builds full ap. He should be chunked by those towers at that level. Why did he not die at 8:12 when he is almost at nothing, with a stacked tower shot on the way. Even 75% reduction shouldve killed him. Even further at 9:00. I get he has a yuumi, but multiple instances of burst dont kill him at low health? Idiocy.
