I hope that the Chinese become a civil and well-mannered people again. Currently they are rude. greedy, selfish and uncultured. To the point that the Chinese government has issued social credit to determine if one is well-mannered enough to travel abroad without embarrassing the nation and it's people. China really has a bad reputation abroad, some of it is well earned, most of it is false rhetoric to prevent China from developing too quickly and fall out of the control of the global capitalists and their profit driven ideologies. I think China is a land that has great potential. The ancient ways SHOULD make a glorious return and enlighten the Chinese people again. This video should be shown as part of the curriculum and a reinstatement of Confucian values through education. Chinese now are less cultured than even south-east Asians, and I find it sad. From a foreign perspective, you lose terribly against Koreans and Japanese in their respectful behaviour towards others. It's definitely getting better among the youth, but many people over 30 are still continuing to act like savages, less cultured than Mongolian nomad tribals. China has such rich history and cultural traditions, but it seems no one in China knows or cares for them except for the extreme rich- who in most cases instead practice western etiquette instead- as an Englishman I find it somewhat amusing, and at the same time tragic, to see billions of Asians wearing the national costume of my people (the suit) in their day to day lives- yet completely neglect their own national dress, the Hanfu which in my opinion looks much more formal, elegant and aesthetically pleasing than the authoritative straight lines of a suit- alas there is an artist spirit within me so naturally I prefer the more graceful option. I can only imagine how amusing it would be for Chinese to see a white foreigner walking around England in Hanfu the same way I see Chinese walk around in suits. Most people don't even think it's odd until I make them aware of it. This is cultural erosion, the replacement of one culture with another over time. It's the perlils of globalisation- we must all strive to retain our own cultural traditions and identities in the face of such erosion. I frequently must correct English children on the correct words and manners, as they are taking after Americans from the media.

Mind your own business, I don't think a pirate civilized country is qualified to judge China. Your country commits genocide, sells drugs, starts wars, and steals resources. Your country is from full of evil and your children and grandchildren will pay the price for it. Funny you know a lot of propaganda is used to discredit China to prevent it from growing too fast. So I would like to know how you see your country when it commits such acts? A despicable nation? A nation that is afraid to play fair and instead uses underhanded tactics?
Indeed- I heard that because women are in high demand in China, that they have got egos and if they're young they'll just divorce and find another man if you don't always listen to them. I see the opposite happening in twenty years, since more people are having daughters now.
