I can't belived what I see employees working with sandals that would NEVER I mean NEVER would be allowed in America and facial hair (BEARD) big No NO and color sequence BLK on top Yellow the standard color sequence in the industry has always been K-B-R-Y unless you have an 8/color job with special colors

Just 30 seconds in and I can already see your 'capable professional worker' making mistake after mistake! First, you don't adjust the ink supply while refilling and the machine is running. The roller takes up too much ink at once, disrupting the coloration! Basic first-year knowledge! Then, you don't add cleaning agents stored in cheap plastic bottles in such a large dose that it overflows. I won't even start on work safety here! You also don't lubricate the inking system when letting it run dry or apply some ink to prevent the ink fountains and roller from wearing out! The way you store the plates is shocking; they won't function properly! Overexposure, etc.! All of this looks VERY unprofessional! Regards, a master printer from Germany.

4:38 2 personen, niet in Nederland, dan had je deze voor jezelf, boven onder, voor en achter. Prachtig om te zien daty ze het nog steeds doen..we hadden ze dus niet weg hoeven doen.. sneller en geautomatiseerder is niet beter.. stempelen ipv drukken.. jammer, vak kapot gemaakt..

cleaning rollers with a rag while the press is running is risky and could end badly. rolling it around with the handwheel is fine for cleaning.

Running a offset printing press with all the safety guards removed is very dangerous for the pressman. Teaching the wrong way to run a press is not the way to show offset printing. Please put the guards bak on the press. 👀

Those fanatics of the digital era have no idea what it really is to work on printing, the amazing engineering behind those machines (very old by the way and still unsurpassed in quality, precision and versatility) and the skill and knowledge required to operate them... Without this, everything would stay on a simple file or would be printed in a shitty digital machine, with a quality much lower, a durability much shorter, only in a very limited collection of lightweight paper and at a very high cost and slow production.
