one of the things i love the most about these two is how many difficulties they have in their relationship and still they still together. I mean: .Elisa wants to get married and have children, which are not options when you bf is of a different specie from yours .Goliath can't be under sunlight without turning into a gothic cathedral ornament, so there can be no walks across central park during a pretty day or go to get to the beach during the summer day .They can't even grow old together since goliath ages two times slower than elisa, he'll be barely be getting some gray hairs by the time elisa is retiring from the police -(though greg weissman, the co-creator of the show, said goliath will die prematurely sacrifying his life for something, so maybe it won't take them too much to meet each other on the other side)-
