Some nice demonstrations of clean and effective shots. However, as I assume dorringtonwebber9912 raised, there were a few instances when following the quarry to the ground that your g*n was pointed either towards pickers-up or your fellow g*ns (02:46, for example.) Barrel discipline must never wane in pursuit of a good clip for KZbin.
@tobymanners993823 сағат бұрын
I was aware of the people and safety it would have been a second barrel shot and the gun empty where I followed like that as I didn't follow birds all the way down with gun still loaded but I entirely get your point........

Lovely use of maintained lead and some pull away. Rare to see a competent game shot use anything but swing through. Do you shoot clays much?
@tobymanners99387 күн бұрын
I shoot clays a bit recreationaly but mainly live quarry the shotkam is a recent addition so was very interesting to see how I shot, in my brain I generally push out to the front of the bird from underneath and match it's speed I'd never really over analysed it just shot how it naturally felt 😊

Two shells..some kind of choke and using birdshot means anyone can shoot a bird. These people are vile, if you want to eat a pheasant or a grous e just buy a chicken from aldis and pretend..

Yes because a chicken leads a better life locked up, crammed with 1000s of other, in bad conditions and fed hormones then killed. That is totally better than a pheasant raised free in the wild, its natural and organic and has a chance to live not all are shot and has lived a better life to that point. Lets not forget that these conditions and feed for the pheasant, also does more for conservation that any silly PETA protestor by allowing protected birds food and a safer place during harsher weather of winter and protection from predators which the keepers provide. And we haven't even got to the help and cash injection these shoots give to local countryside people providing them a wage and living. But yeah go ahead and get a chicken pretending its better for yourself, the environment and the animal.

From an avid 1100 fanatic, the V3 has become my new favorite Remington. I just put on a carbon fiber plus 7 round mag tube on a 26” barreled V3. Can’t feel any difference in weight empty, but I can with it loaded up. Oversized controls added too. May use it for 3 gun but not sure I want to start that money pit up again! LOL. I have a mint 11-87 from 1988 with an original competition carrier. Premier model. I don’t shoot it much. Just too pretty! But I have 2 V3s and they are superb! Nice video here. Would love to do some pigeon shooting over there!

Just subscribed looking forward to more videos. Neaver shot a hammer and to be honest I bough a 20 bore side by side last year and still looking forward to shooting it. Two young children means it’s hard to find the time.
