I just met Artie today, spoke to him for awhile. Met Rosie too, such a happy girl. Ever see a dog smile? Rosie smiles every time she hears Artie's voice. Artie is currently homeless, still living on the street in Hill Crest. Says he's waiting for a place from the Alpha Projects to be finished in a month or two so he and Rosie can move in. I wish him luck. I will be checking on him from time to time as I pass through the area, making sure he has food and water for him and Rosie.

Arty and his dog, Rosie, are currently living on the streets in Hillcrest/North Park. He has a cart that he uses to move and store his belongings, and someone recently set it on fire. He escaped with burns to his hands, but all of his things were destroyed. Local residents have helped replaced what they can, but he needs help to find a place for him and Rosie. Great guy. If you ever see him, take the time to sit down and talk to him - you'll be glad you did.
