I liked this video, it was SO helpful! I have a necklace just like the one from the 50s and 60s you mentioned. Are they worth anything? I can’t find any info on Etsy or eBay. Thanks again for the video , I thought the quality was just fine idk what’s wrong with those other people LOL

Apps make pieces look like stock photos when they're not. With all due respect, that is not a good indication.

Hey Nidia! Good to hear from you and glad your experience with the snow and ice and lack of power wasn’t any worse! Sounds like your mother is getting some good therapy to make her stronger. I’ve missed you at so many of the auctions but I know why now. Sending you much love and many big hugs!!! Love you!!!

No need to apologize for taking care of someone you love. Your mom is blessed to have you in her life, kudos to you. I took care of my step mom and dad before they passed. It is the greatest gift you can give them. Love your comment "Goodwill has power." lol Good little haul. Please take care, sending prayers your way. xo

Hi, Gwen. Yes, I agree that it's a blessing to take care of one's parents when they need help. Hey, we might not have electricity, water or food, but as long as Goodwill survives, there's hope. 😀 Thanks for watching.

Vintage jewelry is considered vintage anything before 1990s. Anything 20-30 yrs old is considered vintage. Anything 100 yrs old or older is antique. Estate jewelry is anything bought used but also can be new. But bought at a yard sale or estate sale etc. I have pieces that I have bought that have a lobster clasp. That does exclude it from being vintage. One piece I just got has 1987 AERO tag. That is vintage. If you want true vintage then look for hook necklaces but be careful there is a lot of fixes on jewelry out there. Look up pieces online and buy lots of costume jewelry books on what you are into.

Awesome tips because so many jewelry pieces are being represented as vintage and estate is so unbelievable. Purchasing vintage jewelry books are handy too because there are so many unknown designers. GREAT VIDEO AND GREAT CONTENT. THUMBS-UP ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!

The trick is to change your prices. Thredup allows you to change your prices. Don't leave the prices they set. They price low because they want to turnaround the merchandise quickly.
