I’ve been in 2 and 3 ft hammers in the channel on ky lake. It was amazing how many times I had the prop out of the water. I kept her well on plain and plowing my way through. Scary storm with winds. I have officially been through all but the unthinkable. Always made it home. I own a 2022 h20bay w 150 option. I beat it’s guts out and drag it all over the place. So far great boat. 120 ish hours

Did you have to drain old fuel and put 91 in it? Or did you run it with the previous fuel in it?

This customer runs nothing but 93 octane in his boat. You do have minimum 91 OCT rating with these tunes.

For anyone out there that is serious about saltwater fishing capabilities, but doesn’t want to venture away from Xpress brand…. The X series is much much better.

How so?
@jesseo3557 ай бұрын
@@landonwooldridge123 With my experience being on both. Not owning to be clear, but just being on both, the x series is in line with what most of the glass bay boat market is with ride quality side depth and beam/bottom with. In my opinion the H series bay boats are more along the lines of a typical aluminum bass boat with a center console instead of a side console. Can it do the job sure, but can it hang with the vast majority of the bay boat market ? In my opinion, no it can not.
@hulkhuggett11 күн бұрын
@@jesseo355 Thanks for the input. I think this is the information many of us are looking for. I have a Lund Predator 2072CC and it is like how you described the H series. I was in some decent chop the other day when a storm was blowing in. I did not feel safe... at all. I got back to the dock as quickly as I could with water coming over the sides, about 4.5 mph and my butthole puckering. (Freshwater). It is pretty stable even with 3 grown men standing on one side. But a couple times I thought it was going to flip over. I was able to make it back safe. But, there is no way I would feel comfortable taking it out in the water like in this video. On a calm river it is a lot of fun to be in and fish out of. The problem with the X series is the cost, size (won't fit in most garages) and the layouts don't give you much room to walk with more than 1 person. Unless you get something over 20', but then it's even bigger, and costs a hell of a lot more. But to anyone wondering Overall, I do like the layout of the Lund. But for the money I would go with this brand. Lund is putting all their boats on their same outsourced trailers and they are pieces of dog sh!t!!!!!! Worst trailer I've ever owned or seen (and I've owned about 20 trailers or more). Literally, I'd almost rather have a trailer from Harbor Freight. These Xpress boats seem like a beast in comparison from what I've seen.
@jesseo35511 күн бұрын
@ Check out F&S Yamaha and marine. They are a massive xpress dealer and make lots of videos on each model of the Xpress line up. Lots of brands have "bay boats" but Xpress is the only aluminum one I would get. If not Xpress id go glass.

I have a 2022 H20 Bay I paid $38000 with a few upgrades. I love the boat and have had no issues with it but all the compartment leak and are not even close to watertight. The quality control at express is slacking to say the least. With a 115 fully loaded with me and my wife it does 45.6 MPH.

Nice video! Would you have the height of the top of the console from the floor and the total width of the trailer guides?
@davidkirksey85219 ай бұрын
Nice boat. That 27-30 foot twin engine fishing boat is a great size as a fairly economical do all boat. Any smaller and you do not have two engines for safety offshore/speed, less seaworthy. Any bigger and you need bigger engines or trips so worse mpg, bigger is also harder to maneuver in tight areas both on the water and on trailer. Easily managed by one person if need be but comfortable enough to fish 4 easy and more for cruising. Sure if you have much money then go bigger, but for the upper middle class budget this is the sweet spot. It can be done with a smaller or larger boat but this size is a great size to have all around IMHO.

Livewell WONT hold water ,even if you plug the overflow with a 1.5" plug. Runs out when you get on plane. Also, Blazer refuses to build rod lockers on the 675, even thought it would be easy to do. Also, did i say the livewells SUCK? I have a 2022 model.

@Deepimpactocean8 ай бұрын
No Gyro specifically. Apparently on the 262 sportsman puts under the captains seating so you lose drawers for fishing. Can only be done at the factory as standard option which is in contrast to the bigger models that allow gyro to be added later under cockpit floor.
