When I was a kid, this was THE hardest level not including the Golden Temple and Tiki Tong Terror. Now that crash guard exists, it’s much better.

That CUNT at the end that keeps shooting you is almost impossible to pass. One of the absolute worst levels I've seen in any game, ever.
