1. You do not need to read a written speech word by word. ●Make your answers clear. ● Instead of word by word written speech, have a clear mind-map drawn. 2. Use Quotes. 3. Keep a continuous flow of speech. ● use linking phrases. 4. Understand what questions are relevant to the topic. Create questions & know their answers beforehand. 5. Answer irrelevant questions patiently and wisely. 6. For time management, do addition & subtraction of points in accordance with their importance. ● no one knows whether you have completed your written speech or not - be easy. 7. Link your arguments with other party's.

Why are the racists taking credit for P2P technology? Let's talk about how many years çryto currency was used before the creation of the fake Satoshe Nokomoto who is getting credit for the technology for Bitcoin. This is over 120 trillion dollars added to the world's economy by "Black buffoons". What does this do to white supremacy lies? The racist never mention this.

P2P technology started in the horn of Africa over 50 years ago. It was used for Africans in the diaspora for remittance sent to family back home. Bitcoin claim it.

The lies told by racist must be corrected. DNA is the roots of mankind. This the mother of lies that the racist tell, deny, and want hidden. Culture Vulture is a known practice with the racists.

In summarization; 1. Read the facts VERY carefully. 1.a. Re-read the facts even more carefully and comprehend it by heart. 1.b. Look out for any immediate current affairs which support the pace and idea of the problem. It will help you identify the broader policy debate. 1.c. Find key references which will make your idealization of the facts embedded within you even before drafting your memorial. 2. Drafting the argument and using the BEST references. Remember, simplicity is key and the simple things are always easier to grasp on to. Therefore, make the points strong by making the references precise, effective and ofcourse relevant. 2.a. Do NOT just go on and cite the law. Address the key ISSUES and how the law befit those scenarios. Again, be direct and precise. 2.b. REMEMBER TO FOLLOW THE "OSCOLA" GUIDE OF REFERENCING! 2.c. CHECK the memorial thoroughly and make it proof-read by your coach and if possible by an experienced person who had chaired a moot competition before. Find out the PENALTY points and re-check. Polish and proof-read and do not let procrastination suffocate your papers. 2.d. Always adhere to the rules set out by the competition which you are attending. 3. You Cannot bring in any point which you did not point out in your memorial during the oral presentation. 3.a. Keep a skeletal structure of your memorials so that you can refer to citations and points without fiddling the memorial booklet. Thus, have a summary of your memorial. 4. Speak with utmost decency. Be ELOQUENT without being arrogant. The art of persuation and assertion does NOT lean onto agression. 4.a. Refrain from REPEATING already disclosed facts and arguments too much. While referring to laws, explain briefly as to how it is relevant. 4.b. If you are being asked a question by a Judge, STOP immediately and answer with decency. Do not show authotity over a Judge. 4.c. You are an advocate, get what you want and do what is necessary to do so within the fair rules. Keep proper, simple and good paced speech tempo. 5. Do not be too RIGID. Drop points if necessary. Make yourself heard as nicely as possbible. Your points will only then be earned if the arguments does NOT fly above the Judges' pace of understanding. 5.a. Do not wander around the points of the answers to the qustions asked by the Judges. Be precise and straight-forward. 6. Rebuttals and Sur-rebuttals can change the entire course of the competition. Therefore, while you were putting time on to your research, make your points of debate before hand. 6.a. NEVER read from a page. This is bad advocacy. 7. Please watch this video, read this summary and re-watch the video. Thank you!

Dr.Tanveer Ahmed, Ph.D 1 second ago This is great. But in our Moot competitions we are also judged on the Flow or following the pattern of arguments set in our memorials. Judges usually try and throw us off so that they can check how we come back to our arguments. In that case would you suggest answering the judge's questing instantly or answer with something which gets us back to our current argument and then when we come to the argument that the judge asked about and answering then. fabians.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/Bach-Commission-Appendix-2-F.pdf www.judiciary.uk/publications/committal-for-contempt-of-court-at-open-court-at-newcastle-scott/ www.judiciary.uk/about-the-judiciary/judges-career-paths/
