目的は、神の計画は何か？何をすればよいのかを、教会として求める事でしょう。

断食は、時々行っています。主から促された時もあります。定期的に祈ることですね。ある先生は、１週間に一日は、教職者はする方が良いと、書いておられました。断食して祈ることによって、主の前に謙虚になります。個人ではできますが、教会ではどうでしょうか？全員でなくても、主を求める信徒で行なったらよいかと思います。
