Yes you can. Under the remote settings you can select different models. The models correspond to the receiver's and settings

Hello sorry I’m late to the party awesome video. I have just got one of these and after the first run some smoke appeared. ( I got the rtr) did you use a different motor? I may upgrade to the fms electronics. Do they fit straight in? Thank you

You have to do a little diy, but I would highly recommend the FMS electrics. About the motor, not sure, but I think it came with the car

For enyone who is interested, the 4*AA battery "cage" can be removed. The dimensions of the battery compartment with the AA holder removed is ~60mm x 55mm x 20mm.
