I just love this ad. I love the voice and his words. Love how he started with the question "what's holding you back?" Then mentions several strongly possible reasons and then ends by saying "I ask you again, what's holding you back?"

I've been reporting to you through this email, through your app which doesn't allow contact with you; it gives the "404" error message, but at the same time tried to upsell your other products and services to me. That means you have selective network connection. I called your help line (which also doesn't work). At a point, I got through to your customer service via phone, but nothing was done. And I have been to your office in Kubwa, but nothing was done to rectify the problem. They said I bought the bundles meant for router instead of pocket wifi via Opay. The same thing happened to my MTN pocket wifi and MTN customer service easily converted it to the right package for my WiFi without any issues, instantly. But obviously not the same with you airtel. For about 10 months past now, I've not been able to use my airtel WiFi. I bought data worth N10,000 and N11,000 each for 30 days period on two different occasions, but was not able to use the data until today. Instead, I have been getting your messages telling me that my WiFi number above has been inactive urging me to resume use. So, this morning I bought data for N1,000 to try it out, but I still don't have access to Internet as usual. I cannot browse. It's really frustrating!!! I also reported to you that your agent, who works on Gado Nasco way, registered an extra 3rd number which is not mine with my details, but you've not done anything about it till today. I think my next move is to ask people on the social media to know what to do. Because I have exhausted all other means for you to restore my Data and take my details off that extra 3rd number. Please, people what else do I do? Shame on you airtel!!!
