wir warten seit Montag auf einen Koffer. Der ist seit zwei Tagen angeblich in HH angekommen, aber bisher keinerlei Nachricht oder Zustellung. Solch einen miesen Service haben wir noch nie erlebt.

The company and the person writing to me is trying to slip away and not pay what I deserve from canceling flights because of a strike. You write and try to profit from me from what I deserve, which is about 1200 euros. You are a burden. The company is sending me to take money from a company that wants to give me 250 euros, which is not true. I did not take anything from them, please give it to me. What the law says

From personal experience, I claim that this is the worst company ever! I have never had a worse experience in my life than with them, who left passengers at the airport for almost 9 hours without accommodation, food or anything, and later the feedback management team behaved like a robot that responds, without any support or anything. What a horror. Shut down.

ich fand als SEN die Flüge auf der Langstrecke alles andere als angenehm. Hinflug in Premium Eco: Die Eco war schon fertig mit Essen, in der Premium Eco waren noch nicht mal die Getränke da, auf dem Rückflug in der Business, war in der 2. Reihe schon das erste Menü aus. Auf der Kurzstrecke war es deutlich angenehmer, da wurde man auch freundlich begrüßt.

I booked my ticket on Orbit and it said I can select my seat for free. But after I booked, Orbitz said I need to select my seat directly through Austrian Airlines. When I go to the seat selection, it wants to charge me $20 for each flight. This is very misleading and false advertisement.
