How do you sharpen the cutter for net wrap?

We bought a used 558 baler that “never worked right when I bought it new” and made some adjustments I learned from you here. I am now on my 6th roll of net wrap with no issues wrapping. Thankyou, your information has helped us tremendously!

Why don't they put subtitles in Spanish? do not sell in Latin America? It seems very interesting but unfortunately I don't understand anything

Informative but I don't like his attitude towards us farmers. like we are stupid or something.

I think he's a pro and sees alot of problems so maybe reflecting that frustration a bit. Definitely knows his balers inside and out.

And how about an explaination of the benefits of cross-porting hydros please? Thx
@BaderSonsCo-StLouis

The cross porting transmission is only available on R-series Ztraks. Cross porting is where the hydraulic fluid from the side doing the least work is filtered and then fed into the input of the side doing the most work. The benefit of this is the coolest fluid is going into the side working the hardest in order to provide the best performance during extended hillside operation in the same direction. This transmission also makes the R-series 2 mph faster than an E or M series Ztrak. Thanks for the questions Kenny! Josh

I tried to find info, operation of, or video of the Brake and Go feature.. Does anyone have that?? Thx

Hello Kenny, Brake and Go is only available on R-series Ztraks, it’s a foot-operated parking brake than enables operators to keep their hands on the control levers. Simply release the parking brake by pushing on the lower part of the pedal until it releases. To set the parking brake, just press the upper portion of the pedal with your foot until the pedal locks in. Josh - St. Louis store: (989) 681-5771

This is a really good video. I just got my first round baler a 568. I think had the dealer seen this video my baler would have cost twice as much. One of the hooks for the straps that hold in the extra roll of wrap got stuck on the knife edge. The counter knife couldn't come down on the knife edge and cut the net wrap. There was no bad damage done to the knife. I basically just pulled out the hook checked the knife for damage and the tolerances on the counter knife and it was up and running.
