@3:30 you can see the trash can in the back of the frame, however during the actual trash can part the player is to the left of the camera as it is facing the tom tom girl
@digikorps55293 жыл бұрын
@Simon Walrod I can guarantee you that there was a trash can involved :) You can see it clearly in the picture at 4:32. And yes, they smacked it big time :)

Very good work! Check out my son's practice session 3 video. He is still working on it, though he will stick to the less than optimal rolls at certain places for now. Again, great job.

Thanks mate... I wish you all the luck. Its a fun piece to reherse, but it really gets on your nerves sometimes. I even dreamt about it ;)
@stephencraigen16 жыл бұрын
the most accurate performance on youtube. Schick's is far too inaccurate for me and although it is so hard to follow i followed every bit of your playing in time with the score. Firstly how long did it take you to learn it and secondly how did you figure out those complicated polyrhythms? (for instance bar 28 with the 5:3 semiquavers (16ths) against demisemis (32nds)). O...and very well played :)

Yeah.. I used the hard filt ones. Vic Firth? Don't remember the name. I felt that wooden mallets would be too loud in that auditorium. Thanks for popping by :)
