@@PaksGaming Who is “worth” is up to debate, and is not really the point either From a Tenkaichi game’s perspective, a character is worth from the moment he exists and has some relevance at some point The characters you mention are “important” characters from that arc, I was more thinking about the forgettable ones, like the giant gummy bear and such (And I didn’t say people didn’t know the ToP would be covered, I said they were not thinking about it when talking about the remaining characters)

@@PaksGaming Again I don’t think the question is “are fans going to be satisfied by this character or that character”, but more “Does this character has some relevance at any point, and does he fight?” If yes, then the character will likely be included And also, when it comes to roster, people often think in terms of what character they want to play as, and rarely what character they want to play with (or against) For instance I don’t really care about playing as the miscellaneous characters from the ToP, but I’ll very gladly fight them with Gokus and Vegetas a thousand times ^^

It depends on how many characters the next trailer will include. We already have most of the heavy hitters from Super already in, so there may not be that many new reveals unless they want to give fair representation to the other universes. There's also the matter of how OG DB and the movie characters fit into all of this, so at most we could get the SSJ4s and maybe 1-2 villains in base with the rest saved for later, if not GT as a whole being DLC.

It has to tell the DBS storyline properly. It's the first main continuity addition after 2 decades, and has not been told one to one yet like DBZ has.

The main issue with gt is that goku alone is 4 slots! And them vegeta with 3, gogeta, baby, super li shenlonh and super 17 Those are 11 slots and i rather give those 11 slots to og db! Also pan and gt trunks would be missing which is criminal!

If that's how y'all feel, that's completely fine. But personally, I'd like to see a few GT characters in the base roster like GT Goku & GT Vegeta.

This would’ve been fine if this wasn’t a sequel to the BT series. It’s disappointing to know that the movies and GT are getting removed just to be sold later as DLC even know they were playable in all the others before.

@@phantomstar9406 Making a sequel to a game series that is so many generations old, you basically are making an entire new game. Needing to make every asset again I imagine pretty early on they wanted this current roster to be their focus. It really is subjective if you think they should've sacrificed some DBS content or even DBZ content to include movies/GT. For me personally having a REAL DBS game is more exciting than just including some of Supers "greatest hits" characters. Can't ignore that we finally get a game that lets us play through DBZ to DBS so we can finally enjoy the story in a game even especially since DBS anime has been done for a good while now lol

And honestly yeah you’re right this is the first time we’re having a DBZ - DBS game so it is a breath of fresh air. (It still kinda stings tho knowing Babidi will still be playable but not something like GT Goku and Vegeta tho lmao)

Sadly I think the alternative that if they did include more of the old roster, the developers would not have been able to flesh out DBZ and DBS enough to give us a proper episode battle. There is for sure a world where Sparking ZERO included every era. But it would've mean we would have to wait longer for the game, or the game would be lacking when it comes to thoroughness.

Super has enough space in this roster, I don’t think you realize but there isn’t many new characters from DBS that people want to play as. We already have Hit, Caulifla, Kale, Goku Black, The 2 Zamasu’s, DBS Goku and Vegeta, DBS 17, Vegito Blue and Gogeta Blue, DBS Broly, Golden Frieza. All of this stuff is already confirmed, and this should be it of Super because literally everything else is just filler slots for non popular characters

There we got 9 slots and 16 remains, and thats poor for what I spect for this game can do with GT. I really dont care and I'll hate if they annouce Vados and Champa (since we never saw them fight) Those 16 slots could be OG DB, high hopes for Towa and Mira too. I prefer to pay for a full season of GT with 20+ characters. I want this game lives forever (like XV2)
