For those that don't want to watch the video: 1 minute per exercise with 15 seconds rest 1) hold plank on hands (keep body as straight as you can and core engaged) 1:10 2) squats (slow and keep chest up) 2:25 3) forward lunges (hands on hips for balance) 3:40 4) side plank (30 secs each arm) 4:55 5) reverse plank (push hips in the air) 6:11 6) bear crawl (forwards and backwards) 7:26 7) one handed burpees 8:41 8) static leg hold (keep looking at your toes to engage your core) 9:57 9) push ups (keep your core engaged and body straight) 11:12 10) elbow plank 12:28 This type of workout is a circuit, which is less focused on maximum strength and hypertrophy and more on strength endurance. For strength and hypertrophy, we suggest the recommended routine

yes absolutely, you can do this on the Garmin Connect App or direct on the watch. It depends how tricky/intricate the workout is. For simple workouts though, sometimes it can be quicker to do it straight onto your watch.
