My suggestion is not to allow your mom to eat oysters raw, but have them cooked, sautéed, deep fried, etc. Many people do not like raw uncooked seafood, especially shellfish, but a large majority of them like them cooked. So not to discourage your mom be sure to have her oysters prepared in one of the many cooked ways. The only thing I like raw, which technically is citrus cooked in lime juice such as ceviche.

Saludos y bendiciones hno. Ruben - Nicaragua

Happy new year, that fruit is a mamey/sapote I love that fruit, I been in the states for a long time and like 2 years ago I found that fruit at my super market, I was excited to try it again after so many years. It taste like a creamy sweet potato. The other sapote is smaller brown and creamy, lucky kid gets to eat all kinds of fresh delicious local grown fruit and vegetable.

The little one was blessed with left-handedness. You've probably already noticed that he's super creative, very smart, and probably a handful lol. One of my favourite cigars are the Joya de Nicaragua Clasico Toros. A great cigar that doesn't break the bank. Love the videos, they help keep the chill away on these cold, Canadian (Alberta) winter days.

Happy New Year bro hoping this year brings to you a lot progress around your family and farm.

Is there like a vinegar dressing on the cabbage salad or is it simply raw? We may need the recipe of these dishes ;)

I’ve been watching Rene Redzepi’s Omnivore series about coffee supply chain and how each hand in the process affects the quality. Willy from the family run Mahembe Coffee in 🇷🇼 is in a similar situation as yourself on the coffee belt. Have you watched this series?
