Do a callback to this later an try to make it in numbers how much bikecycling you did switch to as training AND replacing driving a car/walking, it should help people getting a good number as to expect some kind of recoverytime estimate ^_^ I got my darn runners knee if I play 2 rounds one day (a bit up and down in the woods), great training but not if I need to WORK at work the next day. A sleeve helps a lot worn used round 2, keeps the knee warmer as well ;D

Similar age here with a bummer plant knee from skateboarding. I find throwing equal BH and FH off the tee aleviates some flare ups. Cycling 👍

Out of those, I like and bag the Lots, Stig, Svea and Berg. I like the Jarn better than the Nord, ended up trading in the Nord. You should also try the Kaxe. That is one of the best Kasta discs. Side note, the Lots and Kaxe are excellent thumber discs

4:39 Choosing Wraith instead of Destroyer is VERY good advice for a beginner or anyone switching to Innova. The Wraith doesn't need quite as much speed to get a full flight, and it goes basically as far as the Destroyer.

I agree with you on the Heat being touchy,but since I figured out to throw it on hyzer and let it stand up and slightly drift right just feels so good. Also the cicada has all but pushed the undertaker out of my bag,though I don’t know if I could ever take them all out.

I use a blizzard boss for my forehands. I think that’s the disc that gets the furthest distance for me. It’s definitely a too high speed to get the most out of it for me, but i get the most distance out of that disc
