I do like the Shattered Glass fan case of this since it points out... there's a much clearer reason why the victim couldn't write the dying message of "Maggie". The name being spelled wrong could be one thing, but more glaringly, all signs point to the victim having died instantly. He can't write the name if he's dead. Ironic considering this was meant to be the introduction to presenting profiles in the series.
