For a noir button layout arcade stick controller, I would stick with 6 buttons instead of 8. For the restrictor plate, I would go for an 8-way restrictor plate. Lever-wise, I would go with a sanwa JLF. For the lever's top: a bat top. As for the hayabusa buttons, I would leave them just the way they are because the sanwa buttons are oversensitive and I would get rid of the hayabusa lever because the hayabusa lever is oversensitive.

have a real arcade pro 4 kai that I've modded a whole bunch of things on. Replaced the body, and pivot, keeping the old microswitches - with a modular system that can convert to a Korean type lever. I'm staying with the Japanese style for now. Teflon pivot, 4lb spring, a 12.5mm actuator ( half a millimeter larger than most stock levers, and half a millimeter smaller than most oversized actuators. In my opinion it's a perfect throw.) I'm testing out a new "rounded square" gate, and it feels okay, but its looking like I'll be going back to square if my feel for it doesn't improve. And I added some foam button washers on my 30mm buttons from focusattack. Not quite silent, but a considerable difference. Do you know what kind of microswitches the silent RAP5 uses? The model number should be printed on them if you ever take off the restrictor gate.

If I were you, I would remove the silent hayabusa lever and silent hayabusa buttons and install them into your Hori Fighting Stick V3. The V3's lever and buttons are really crappy.
