This isn't actually a guy singing, they just used a program to change the pitch to make it sound like a guy. But there are male singers in Japan, but for the vibes for anime, I think they usually prefer to stick to female voices.

I understand this pitch in this version has been lowered. I also see obvious signs that this was produced by software. I'm not trying to condemn or mean any harm to the song by any means. I'm just pointing out what I hear and feel. I love this version just as much as the original one though :). Great job and keep with the good work.... even though I'm like almost five years a little late haha.
