I knew I wasn't crazy. At first, when they're shooting the xeno's, they're taking an awful lot of shots and the reflect sparks, and then, by the end of it, the "cranium" of the alien seems to spark some mechanical stuff from the inside, before dying and I went out of the room asking if it was a "reflection" or an internal spark.....

I think we've seen enough of Alien vs Predator. I'd prefer to see stand alone Alien movies at this point. If they ever team the Alien up with something else they should try a different character. Maybe Batman or Judge Dredd vs Aliens, seeing as there were comics of that done previously. Or perhaps The Thing vs Aliens; That could be a neat concept.

Im a big fan of predator and also avp games(movies not so much) and im not into that crossover again, it was fun, but i feel like aliens franchise quality goes down with those movies. Im more into making well done movies like Romulus that respect the creature and expand the lore. I would like to know if theres any conection between romulus and new alien serie.

Excellent Interview! I can accept the chestburster to adult explanation. That seems logical to me in terms of movie physics. After Prometheus and Alien Covenant, I had theorized that David was going to somehow sacrifice himself to create the finalized form/version of the xenomorph. The xeno from Covenant looked more organic than Alien and Aliens. And because David sees himself as a superior or God-like being, he decides to sacrifice himself to perfect his "creation" by giving the xeno the mechanical part of its biomechanical design.

So the alien was never biomechanical and the only reason it is, is because its obsorbed and fused its body to the pipes of the ships hull
