Wet and soggy one today! Mon and Yough rivers may be flooding this weekend with all of the added water and ice jams! Makes us appreciate the warm sunny ones a little bit more when we do have them! Take care my friend stay warm and stay dry!

That is definitely a cat, i can see its eyes! And if the house is empty, this could indicate that the cat & possibly other pets were abandoned. If i knew the address, i the cat-lover would check it out & alert the authorities, so that the cat & possibly other pets do not starve. But i put it in God's hands & asked him to take care of the pet(s) in the home. (i have 5 indoor only kitties, all fixed).
