Yeah, my Clean ceramic spray sealant arrived empty and had leaked all over the box, my other bottles were nice and sealed. Eddie overnighted me another bottle no questions asked. Top notch quality service.

Get some perspective, you mentioned you worked for Fed Ex so you know better than any of us first hand the business of logistics. Once your package is shipped it’s of the Shippers hand. So you’ve mentioned having to talk with customer service. It’s nothing personal it’s just SHIPPING (UPS, FED EX,DHL) etc.. You’re gonna be ok👌

it isnt the UPS that is causing this. I had the same issue with my house of rag order. they had to send it 3 times before it got to me. Its not ups its the warehouse that packages everything. It is all just thrown in the box. They use the same warehouse as others like DIY detail and i have had same issues with my DIY orders as well. Its not house of rags its unfortunately the warehouse they do a piss poor job at packing anything up. Hopefully they can get the warehouse issues worked out or moved to another or this warehouse will end up costing them alot of money by poor packing and damaging products left and right.

Dosing pumps used in everything from agriculture to car washes would solve this in one go - no need to gravity feed or predilute your solution. It takes the concentrate and injects it directly into your water line/hose, no electric needed for most dosing pumps. I have experience with dosatron brand, but there are a few companies that make them, just need one that can dilute 1:256 and meets the gpm of your particular setup.

Had a package get lost with UPS and had to open an investigation, after the investigation they ended up doing doing an overnight shipping which was awesome. Sorry about your experience, this wouldn't have happened in the first place if UPS had their act together.

Sorry to hear about your experience. I had an issue where one of the products were unavailable w the 20% off discount. Got refunded. And when the item came back in stock I ordered w a coupon code they honored of the initial 20% off sale. THOR had great customer service. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars w them. Good peeps. If ppl know how difficult it is to do online customer support, they’d understand. These things happen and shipping isn’t on the seller. It’s part of business and you just got caught in the middle. Glad it’s resolved.

You should try an mtm sgs28 or mosmatic combined with a Mad Car tip holder. The mad car care tip holder will also work on your old pressure washer gun

Yea, shipping speed is brutal and paying for such slow shipping is even worse. I hope they work out the kinks. Dilution spray sealant is a game changer if it works. I wish there were more product reviews on Infinity.

I placed an order for 5 Clean by Pan items on October 17, 2024 label created and ups picked up on Oct 18th, it is showing the delivery date as October 25, 2024. When I check the shipment progress there is a note "Due to operating conditions, your package may be delayed. / Delivery will be delayed by one business day.". I hope everything arrives in good condition.

They've been very accommodating in this situation so I'm good there. Now hopefully UPS do their due diligence and deliver the damn things lol.

Honestly, I think they are just overwhelmed with orders (which is a good thing for them....and I'm sure it will improve) and customer service is probably a 3rd party who is trying to satisfy the orders. It's a little bit of a mess, took me 3 weeks to get my Clean. shampoo and honestly I'm not blown away by it...just being honest. So don't get too upset. ;) Wishing you luck!

Yea, in my case we have 600 ppm tap water so rinseless has always been my go to, this definitely helps getting the dirt off faster than a sprayer does. I do wonder if the pump will eventually get gummed up though.

I have the Swivel pro, active gun, and McKillans first gun. I absolutely always reach for the MvKillens swivel pro. I love it, very easy on hand fatigue, easy to pull the trigger, and I actually really like the color. Thanks for sharing

To get any dirt or debris off the car before your contact wash with rinse-less. It’s no different than what you’d do before you start your contact wash with soap and a mitt. Chemical, rinse, chemical or foam,rinse, foam. No wrong or right way to do it.

To simultaneously blast off dirt n' grit while applying rinseless wash on the car. It's basically an overengineered type of process.

Ever think about using Road Warrior as a pre wash and then spraying down with the rinseless and then the contact wash? The Road Warrior should rip through bugs and fungus easily.

I have a RYOBI 40v Battery Powered 1500 PSI Pressure Washer and a handheld battery powered power washer, they both syphon water from a bucket or water hose so I use a 5-gallon bucket of rinse-less water. I have no problem what so every getting them to syphon the rinse-less water and it makes it very easy and fast to pre-coat the car with rinse-less before doing a contact wash. I also consider the rinse-less will help lubricate and clean the pumps of both machines. Oh I forgot to mention, the best pressure washer to use, that syphons from a bucket is the EGO POWER+ 3200 PSI Pressure Washer delivers up to 3200 PSI at 1.2 GPM but it is $799 with two 6Ah batteries. They have announced a new smaller pressure washer that only uses 1 6Ah battery, but it is not released yet, so I don't know a lot about it yet, but it should be a lot cheaper. I got my ROYBI new from Amazon for $299, I thought for sure I was getting scammed because the normal prince is around $599, but it showed up new in box with nothing missing and works great.
