Never ever rent an apartment at Gateway apartments or even from Irvine Company. The Office Stuff at Gateway Apartments are very rude and careless! Manytime they behave very impolite. Never rent a place there otherwise you need to run after your money and beg for it every single day afterwards!

One more thing I heard about the wome s coven here too I jad to witness it for myself . It's true there are abunch of old witches that l Iive here. Very creepy

Apartnt 328 really weird things going on here some lady named Brenda whomever I think is the neighbor walking out of #313 was caught using drugs .

The patios are not private. Everyone can see since there are hidden cameras in the bottom floors since there are human traffickers living all the on the second floors all the older ladies at the pool are look outs . And the mexican maitnence men are all in on the human traffickers who live in #313

Brenda the leasing manager likes to evict naighbors that the other witches dont like . And has a track record of her mentally challenged son terrozing the naighbors and vandalizng cars parked ourside

Of course the sales process if always smooth. Living here, different story. The elevators are very slow, and they are always broken. It gets annoying over time. There not enough being done to keep the apartments clean during COVID related disruption. But this is nothing compared to the real problem.... Good luck trying to get anything resolved with the office. If you have a noise complaint, just handle it yourself. They won't pick up the phone, nor will they log your compliants. Our neighbors and I have suffered their right of quiet enjoyment for the last 3.5 months, and just now they are starting to do something about it. (they said that a month ago, nothing happened). I've had my apartment polluted on ( broken glass, cigarettes, popcorn) multiple times, we've called the cops multiple times, security, and the office for 3.5 months. Nada. Nilch. Think twice before you sign a lease here. There are plenty of other really cool options in Irvine.

in the last week مرحبا .يا جماعةالخير انا سكان المكان من ٤ شهور تقريبا . المكان مش أمان نهائيا . المخدرات والحشيش في كل مكان . تدخل بيتي الريحة . ولما تحكي مع المكتب والمسؤلين ما يسمعوك . الناس تجي من خارج المكان وتدخل المسابح ولحدائق . مافي اي خصوصية للسكان . قبل كم يوم سائق سيارة سكران دخل في سيارتو على ملعب الأطفال وصار إصابات . الأبواب الخارجية كلها معطلة يدخلون المشردين من الشارع ويستخدمون الحمامات والمسابح . ويسرقون كل شي في طريقهم . حراسة مافي نهائيا . اول ما تجي تريد تستأجر . تخدعك المضاهر تشوف المسابح والجمال من الخارج ومن تسكن تشوف العجايب . السكن اغلبو شباب عزابية . يعني جيراني الي عايشين فوق بيتي . يبلشون سهر من الساعة ٩ المساء الى الساعة ٤ الفجر دخان وشيشة وأصوات ضحك وإزعاج . ومن تخابر المكتب يحكولك راح نبلغ الجيران . بس كلو كذب هم يريدون فلوس وبس . ومن يومين اكتشفا انو البيت موجود داخله فئران . والحشرات من جميع الأنواع . يعني اذا عندك أطفال انتبه تتورط في هل مكان
