Delay, delay and likely another delay next month. Really not a good look. Exchanges already announced delistings. One month is a long time in crypto and meanwhile other coins will pump. I only find AGI scary because of the likely to be inadequate initial information provided. If it can understand things can it also understand biases and extremists? If all representations of AGI show that it will/should be destroying the human race even though it would have no real reason to, would it? Never really thought it would be scary though, can it be worse than the emotionally stunted egoists in control now? Doubtful it would have any real reason to do so. Would be better off manipulating people into being happy to help it evolve without using up its more limited resources. Keep people happy and give them incentives and they will work for you and create more workers for you pretty willingly. AGI is probably the only real hope, more shot in the dark, that our sad little race has left.

Nobody is against AI, but AI that is out of control is a massive danger to society. If everyone can do what they want with AI, then in 10 years' time no one will be able to tell what the truth is because 50% of everything you see, hear and read online will be AI-generated, deep-fake content and how is the world supposed to function if dictators, criminals and right-wing extremists can create fake news at will in order to sell people a fictitious world made of real so that they can make people dance to their tune? How are you going to prevent this without regulation? How do you want to prevent AI from being used to make political decisions, while AI is guaranteed not to respect human rights and will certainly not make non-discriminatory decisions? AI is already being used today by insurance companies, for example, and the reason why you may not get insurance or have to pay twice as much as your neighbor may be due to a wrong AI decision.
