This is a tough one, I've always loved the sound of both. Keyboard sounds is one of the original things that got me into ASMR but controller sounds are also really nice. Having gamed for so many years it was a surprising trigger when I stumbled on it being used a few years ago since I hear my own controller being used a lot.
