I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your encouraging messages. Even though you are thousands of kilometers away, you were truly part of the installation service. It was so great to hear our 'Hama' coming out through the partnership of our churches. As I take Office as the President of UCCZ, I am so encouraged to know that I have 'Hama' in good times and bad times. Rev Onias Tapera who was our Guest Preacher at the installation service said, "You can only be a great leader when you have great followers". Jesus even though He was God He had twelve disciples who were helping Him in his ministry. Indeed the eye cannot say I don't need the ear! Thank you Hama for this Ukama partnership. My desire is to see this Ukama Partnership grow from strength to strength for the glory of God. Thank you very much all for supporting the Food Security Appeal which helped so many needy families in our 3 Conferences. God bless you all Amen!!

these well-intentioned but naïve souls should take a deeper look at what the universe has in store for us. This last winter for example in Texas, because environmental idealism needs to be modified. When the wind generators failed they didn't send solar panels they sent gas powered generators. Rational energy policy needs to be based on multiple sources. Idealistic environmental solutions that may someday be the all-encompassing solutions they envision, are not yet dependable enough to serve people all over our nation during severe weather crises. How well do solar panels work in a hurricane? How many will even survive that hurricane? It takes sources like gas and electric to keep people alive. Climactic experiences like that. Tornadoes can take out acres of solar panels in a heartbeat and also take down mountains with generators. The same with generators that take out environmentally sensitive rafters on a wholesale level. I guess the stock is down this year. good goals I agree but they need to be tempered with a very healthy dose of realism to get people through environmental crises until they are dependable.

Thank you for this service. As a pastor, it is not often that I get to sit back with a cup of coffee and take in Sunday worship. Actually the coffee always followed the service, so that was the perfect suggestion.

Do you mean time when it is available? You can watch on KZbin channel right now. Many of our churches will be broadcast it as part of their normal Sunday morning worship. The service will be posted on the NHCUCC Facebook page around noon tomorrow.

Thank you so much for providing this service. Lovely music and message. It was wonderful that you read your father's first-person sermon. We will share it with our congregation on the 27th.

These roundtables have been a gift as the limitations to gather ha e presented themselves. I have appreciated the sharing from the different groups of pastors, on the different scripture focused days of Holy Week. Moving forward, it seems this would be something to engage again--perhaps seasonally, to draw in more pastors to share from their personal and pastoral perspectives. The pandemic will perhaps help the churches in the NH Conference to look deeply at the ways they have been the church, while using new and challenging ways to be the community in our day. The pandemic will, I trust, end. Maybe in Lent, next year, for the 40 days there might be a brief daily devotional via video from 40 of the churches--if done morning and evening--this could include 80 churches. Brief devotion from the pastor or lay leader, with some music--wow, what a way to reach out and say--"We have something to say, to share--come, weave your life with ours." During the pandemic, music offerings have been a gift--and the NH Conferences all have music to share!

There are a few seconds of setup and "housekeeping" right at the beginning of this video. The video and audio of the session start at 28 seconds in.
