Nope, the temperature fluctuates. Spend more and get a real portable cooler. Mines a dedicated freezer, maintains -4 without overheated

better than buying ICE, but a refrigerator is the way to go if you can have the inverter, etc. IF you worked for a real company , one would be provided. If owner operator, no excuse not to have one.

If he would have used his blinker the car probably, at least should have, just hit the gas and gotten out of the way. I know I don't stay beside a truck with a blinker on.

The trucker had 100% reverse visual on the red car through his side view as he was accelerating to outdistance the red car. No truck signal or car would have seen indicators, and two lanes switched at once by truck.
