I might be 8 years late but i feel you brother. Damn, i would've ripped my arm off trying to get away. Its all so stupid to be afraid of them but logic has no place in a phobia. Id feel them crawling on me for hours after they were gone 😅 would you say it helped your phobia or made it worse?
