Mate do yourself a favour, especially in Melbourne. Learn the difference between a kebab and a souvlaki. I don’t give a shit either way but if you call a souvlaki a kebab to a Greek you’ll get smacked up against the side of your head. 😂 Keep in mind Melbourne has the largest community of Greeks outside of Athens so they take their souvlakis pretty seriously here in Melbourne. Just so you know for the future. Souvlaki bread it called Pita and souvlaki meat is known as gyros. Gyros is significantly different to kebab meat as kebab meat is formed/processed and they shave it off. Souvlaki meat is just parts of un processed meat stacked on top of each other. Traditional souvlaki is cooked over charcoals as well. If you’re looking for alot of souvlaki options try Oakleigh. Theres about 6-7 different options. Enjoy and have fun.

Watching this when I'm hungry isn't fair. Still haven't found a Souvlaki/kebab that beats a dimitris lamb in Christchurch though. Living in Brisbane I wish there was something here that compares but I'm yet to find it. Melbourne is pretty bloody good for Greek food.

thanks for the effort and sharing. i really like using the 50mm focal length. sony's nifty 50/1.8 does not get much praise. that said, your images were wonderful. i thought you nailed focus even at f2. if i may ask, which focus area did you choose? thumbs up.

Hi thank you so much! Yes I love the nifty fifty even though it is a cheap option. I used point focus mostly (on large point) and adjusted where the focus was using the toggle button on the Sony A7IV. Hope that helps 🙏🏾

Hey mate I use the gorpo hero 8 black and have it on pro tune with max iso set at around 1600 and highest possible quality enabled. I believe it was 4k 60fps (superview) on this video. Hope that helps 🤝🏾
