Peak physic goes crazy right now after they fixed it. The medic armor was my go to and experimental infusion certainly made me a mad junky, but peak physic made me get my life back. The shivers and tweaks are a thing of the past and the guns of liberty are what I rock now.

Favorite strat to do with this booster: run medic armor(more stims from suplly and longer stim effect), supply pack(MORE STIMS), and incendiary grenade, bonus with fire tornadoes Now run through fire tornados to take small damage and keep spamming v and become a speedster No fire tornado? Use a incen nade and if you run out of either stims or grenades resupply pack

One thing that NEEDS MENTIONED!!! The support backpack. On a resupply drop your back pack and let the team put on the pack before they take supplies to also fill a slot of the supply pack. With a team of 4 they all get full supplies and they fill up the supply pack

I would love for them to put more into the corrsoive gas like they did with the arc and fire (maybe some reduction to enemy armour after being affected by the gas for a short while) even support weapons like a grenade launcher that fires gas cannisters and armour that gives immunty to gas, i mean you could also do other things like a crosbow that imbeds and has a small aoe when imbeded in the target realising some gas and many more things. I just wanna be the gas man

I mean to be honest there are many ways they could give more access to gas too like look at ww1 (we already have it in shell form so even mortar shells would be possible)(could have a sort of hoes and tank so you can spray it out like the flame thrower) and even nowadays with tear gas how we use a launcher for it and many more (crossbow idea came from one of the cod games where you can get I think it's tear gas tipped arrows and gas nades, that's how I called the gas man by my mates)

On 5 fast travel. Personally I like splitting up. However it spawns more patrols & the patrols can spawn on any helldiver. On 6, the newest update has the super rare spawning on tier 6 difficulty now

5. Patrols are still avoidable more often than not. I get the less enemies = less trouble, but I'm not sure the difference is enough to warrant the significantly longer mission time if everyone is moving as a group. 6. Yeah, I put this out a week or so before the Viper Commando patch. Not really sure I get their rationale on making them available at T6 now. There was a symmetry and progression to it before. And even the players I know who only play sporadically weren't hurting for Super Samples. But this just means I'll have to start thinking about the Re-registered 10 List for a few months down the line 🤔

One of the fortified armor sets says it has shock absorbing gel which would make sense to both decrease blast dmg and absorb shock from your weapon, reducing recoil

This is true, but it's popular because everyone loves grenades. Less recoil is good, but more grenades are great. If the grenade effect was part of another armor passive, that's where players would gravitate. Both parts of that passive would shine better if paired with other effects.

We don't need a Stratagem for a functional Shotgun. There several options there. We shouldn't need one for a good sniper rifle either. The AMR is more or less what the CS should be, except for its rate of fire. None of them should fire as fast as we can press the trigger.

The progression between the three could still be maintained if they were beefed up enough to make the primaries worth using. With the current setup, everything the DMRs can do, can be done just as well by other weapons that are more versatile. There's no reason to use them in their current state, to the point that if they were removed from the game outright, it wouldn't change anything.

Meh, don't care anymore since all Atrowhead seems to know how to do is screw crap up. The new "buffs" would have been great except the added gunship patrols, massive amount of small bugs/bots and 4-5 or nore behemoth chargers at the same time after Arrowhead lied and said they reduced the tanks. Ragdolling any time I try to move is NOT fun

On backpacks: even if not everyone on your team brought one, you can still deck everyone out. The malfunctioning hellpods found near some bot outposts contain either a backpack or a support weapon. There are often support weapons around the game’s other PoIs.

I could see that working for some players. I can almost guarantee that for me, I'd more than likely mix them up. Toss the Smoke Grenade into the Bot Factory vent and drop the Incendiary Grenade at my feet for cover 😥 🔥☠️. I think it would be kind of cool if we could pick up different grenade types on mission, the same way we can grab various support weapons from POIs.

An Explosive Guard Dog is terrifying 😱 It hits the user and other players so often. Egad! The TK count would be nutty 🤣 A laser sentry could be cool, but I see that filling the same role as the Machine Gun turret. For the Energy Mech, maybe with the Laser Cannon mounted on its shoulder? There's been a good amount of HD1 suggestions in the comments. I never played it, but makes me wonder why they scrapped so much from the original.

The AMR requires a Stratagem slot though. We don't need stratagems to call in a functional shotgun, so we shouldn't need one to get a decent sniper rifle. The AMR is more or less what I think the CS should be, apart from its rate of fire which is also too fast. I should have mentioned it in the video. The same metric of half rate of fire and double damage would need to be applied as well to maintain weapon progression. Speaking specifically about the Diligence twins, buffing them isn't that crazy. Half the rate of fire, but double damage is effectively the same DPS. So, not really changing much there. The armor penetration is a must though. Their shots should have some heft to them. They need something to make them unique. Each weapon class should have a situation in which they shine. But the DMRs don't have that. Everything they do can be done better by other weapons that have better versatility. So, if the Diligence twins were removed from the game, we wouldn't really be losing anything. Which is a shame. A sniper kit when done properly is a ton of fun.

In fact, so is the diligence CS as a primary: imho it's only surpassed by the JAR5 but in some aspects (recoil, scope) it's better just not enough of them. These things one-shot heavy devastators. (I'm solely talking bots here, not bugs)

@@alistair676 On buggs, they tend to bounce off a lot above warriors. My feeling is that Armor Pen doesn't mean more damage, it just means the ability to damage. Presumably, a penetration shot does reduced damage anyhow by having to penetrate. We should need support weapons for the big bads. Bile Titans, Hulks, Bot Factories. The CS shouldn't be one-shotting the map, but it should be able to damage more targets than it's currently capable of.

Another idea, A barricade stratagem. It would have a short call in time and a simple code. The stratagem would unfold into a blast resistant barrier. The centre would be crouch hight allowing you to shoot over. The sides would be standing hight. Unlike the shield, it will not ware out and will be able to take at least one or two tank shots, depending on its health. In planets that are very open it could help supply needed cover. it would be useful in defence missions as well as when you are pinned down by the bots.

I was starting to get disappointed/ satisfied by myself for figuring out all of the things by playing… then #10 rolls in and I’m just 🤯! I literally looked for something like that in the options, but not under key binding, as I expected to be just… key binding😂 In my defence, the way you change weapons is in another section, why a different way to select ‘nades should be under key binding?🤔

Yeah, it was a cool find! I toyed with few things in the button mapping. Also tweaked the weapon swapping to change from Primary to Support with single press and long press for sidearm. I get why they're in separate areas, but you're right, the options could be a bit more intuitive.

#11-Thermal Sights We have 2 stratagems that deploy smoke, smoke grenades, smoke shells for SEAF artillery, those bulb plants that release spores when touched, spore spewers, and weather that reduces visibility so having thermal sights on your gun would be a welcome addition especially on a sniper rifle, and combining your idea for silencers you can have a ninja loadout.

Another option for quick grenade is to map it to the right bumper. Change input to long press. Long press will pull out the grenade and start cooking it. A tap will still mark stuff. This way you can keep both thumbs on the sticks

Thinking of the best way to keep my quick grenades and be able to aim the throwing knives that were just released brought me back to your R1 suggestion. Here's what I'm thinking: R1 is suboptimal for Quick Grenade since it's a long press, which effectively kills the ability to Q-Grenade spam. Going to leave Q-Grenade on Right Arrow, but map Regular Grenade to R1 long press since that equips the grenade or throwing knife for aiming, which can then be thrown with R2

I place my personal strats at the top and my strikes at the bottom. This way I don't mix my strikes with potential bonus strikes offered and I tend to see the strats at the bottom easier when in tense situations.
