Thank you so much for this video! I have struggled and become frustrated when I've tried to follow other instructed. The key for me is to count the stitches as you showed. Good job!

How do I count how many rows I have done with the sc blo ?
@AnnettePetavy2 жыл бұрын
Each ridge is two rows. Look closely at your work as you crochet, you will be able to see when you have completed a ridge.

I enjoyed this video. Are you going to make a video of using this technique on stocking stitch?
@ByAnnettePetavy2 жыл бұрын
I might - it depends a bit on the patterns I design. However, the exact same technique can be applied to stocking stitch.

Thank you so much for this tutorial. It saved so much of my time which I would have spent unraveling and doing it again.

Yes, it's reversible since you do exactly the same thing on both sides

Great teaching on the stitch. Easy to understand about them. Lovely share.
Very helpful. I am looking at salvages for when I crochet a border. I don't enjoy trying to alternately insert my hook in a too large hole or a too tight one. I will experiment with your techniques in search of a smoother border. Hope I am making sense.
@AnnettePetavy4 жыл бұрын
That makes a lot of sense ! I'd love to know how it works for you.

Just found you. Been away from crochet for a year due to illness. Amazing videos. Would love an online course. I took your poll. Forgot one thing - how to navigate crochet videos in other languages, there are tricks.
