I rest one minute, i cant rest 30 seconds it is too difficult But i did it today, 6 sets of 30 seconds sprints and 1-1.5 minutes rest. Thank you ❤

@@shinsjourneySKalso, if your boots are too tight then you can put a plastic bag in your boot, pour water into the bad and put your boot in the freezer. The water will freeze up and stretch the boot. Or just play for 10 mins

Pro tip...try workin your "first touch" of a juggs machine. The speed and pace of which those balls go through the Juggs machine will soften that first touch and make you spicier in their 18! Keep the hunger mate!

I think the 2024 update to the DS Light Pro has improved the boot. Stitching on the forefoot seems to improve the softness and touch a bit, versus the stitchless forefoot Asics went with last time. The toebox on the update is also a bit roomier, which is good because I think the previous version of the boot (shown in this video) was a little too cramped in the toebox, even when getting the wide-fit variant of it. Mr. Kadono, I'd like to recommend you give the Asics Ultrezza 3 a try at some point. For me, it's a straight up improvement on the DS Light Pro, doing most of the same good things but doing them better (e.g. leather forefoot and synthetic midfoot are higher quality materials, the 5mm heel lift with 'FlyteFoam' makes the boot lighter than the 'fuzeGEL' used instead in the heel of the DS Light Pros, and the soleplate has more responsiveness and energy return on the Ultrezza while still being just as stable and safe for HG/AG pitches as the DS Light Pro's soleplate.
