I would not recommend buying this machine... Mine broke after a year (not even using it intensely or that often). Started it up one day and it started flashing orange/yellow. turned it off and on, and installed updates... still the same problem. I contacted their support team and they said I had to open the machine... So I paid 3.2k for the machine, another 750 for the "pro" kit, and 1.2k for the "lifespan" all-access membership upgrade. And now you tell me I must fix it myself after only a year.
@DylanBradleyАй бұрын
@@jdp2926 did you read the warranty? Did you contact their warranty department? Did you get the issue diagnosed? Is it fixable? Sometimes machines break… but are fixable. That doesn’t make it a bad product. Nor does it make the company bad if it breaks outside of the stated warranty period. If your dishwasher breaks outside of the warranty period you’re going to have to do some home repairs. Why do you think these machines will be any different?
@jdp292625 күн бұрын
@@DylanBradley Yes, I reached out to their warranty department, opened a ticket, and followed up with friendly reminders. After two weeks, I still haven't received a single response. This is poor customer service... When a product that costs thousands of dollars breaks just a few weeks after the minimal warranty expires, it absolutely does make the company look unreliable and untrustworthy. And thus, I cannot recommend this product to anyone. Expensive appliances like dishwashers should last for several years, not barely make it past the warranty. If a dishwasher fails after a year and the company’s support is as poor as this, it’s a sign of a bad product from an even worse company and I would also not recommend this dishwasher to anyone. So no, I don’t give these machines any special treatment-they should perform as advertised and be backed by competent customer service.

Man, one of the things that has kept me away from Bitcoin. Is it supposed to be a currency, alternative to fiat. It's supposed to be transactional and move in and out of the market. But everyone is treating it like an investment that appreciates over time. If it's actually supposed to be a currency, then it has to be more stable. Or else you take losses from the time you purchase it to the time you spend it. And if everyone is holding it, then it's not in circulation like a currency should be. It's just taken on a weird dynamic. USD seems like it's actually serving the purpose of a digital currency. Is it an investment or a currency? You get what I mean. What are your thoughts on this? If it's an investment, it's non tangible. So you're exchanging your cash for vapor practically. I've never felt safe with it.

I use the membership all the time. I mostly just go to the coaching and type in what body part (chest, bicep, legs, etc...) I want to hit and then pick a coaching session... With that said, I don't do a lot of the programs or classes. There are a few 15 min and 30 min programs that I like. Now I'm not sure what all features stop being enabled when you don't have the monthly membership, but in theory you could just write down your favorite coaching workouts and then cancel your membership and build your own workouts and just follow those. But make sure to double check to see if that feature is available if you don't have the monthly membership.

Great video. I think Breedlove was the first guy in the “cryptosphere” who opened my eyes to not only the conceptual reality of BTC but the philosophical side of it as well. For years I enjoyed his high level of intelligence hashing out ideas and how he seemed to prioritize so many values I align with (personal health, continuously seeking to learn, etc)… so seeing this new relationship of his is definitely a huge bummer. For the people saying he “left his wife and kid”, I’m not saying they’re wrong but from all I’ve known about the dude I’d like to see more evidence of this, mainly because I could have sworn he either never married or was already divorced for several years (he has talked about his 4-5yr old daughter many times but never about a wife/ex wife, and he also never wore a ring from what I recall). All that being said… entering into a relationship, especially a public one, with a girl who is active in the p0rn industry makes me lose a massive amount of respect for Breedlove considering how he has increasingly espoused traditional Christian values during his learning journey. Although I agree with many in saying I’m not interested in following public Bitcoiners’ personal lives (I primarily want to learn more about Bitcoin from them) I can’t deny the blatant hypocrisy here in a relationship like this. Especially considering Breedlove’s overall level of intelligence and he how he came across as a sort of “family man”. I guess sometimes the booty just overrides everything 😐😑
@leinilyu5 ай бұрын
I think the main criticism is his hypocrisy. he is known to preach about family, marriage and anti-pornography. that on top of his bitclout issue.
@DylanBradley5 ай бұрын
Yea I agree that the hypocrisy critique is relevant. I kind of remember the bitclout issue. I think a lot of bitcoiners aren’t as “pure” as they like to claim online. At least with Robert, while he does have a Bitcoin focused platform, I think he has done a good job addressing his shortcomings in the past and is a net positive when it comes to Bitcoin education- but probably not the ideal model for traditional Bitcoin family man. However, I can’t necessarily say I’d be able to turn down attention from beautiful women if my status increased enough to put me on their radar… but I’d probably avoid a public relationship with an of girl.

Don't need to agree with bitcoiners on non-finance issues. Saifedean Ammous is not my prophet or father figure, but happy to learn from him about economics.
@vtgothic27025 ай бұрын
The thing about Breedlove is that he came onto the scene as a philosopher, talking about deep truths and universal values. Then he was on a group podcast with American Hodl, Eric Cason, and host John Vallis during which, while they were talking about people getting rekt in the shill-coin markets, when it was new for celebrities to endorse shit coins, Breedlove opined that he was thinking of getting into that market to make some quick bucks, saying approximately "it's almost like they deserve it." It was a survival of the fittest kind of comment, and he got called out for it by the other three. He was also called out by the broader community. The problem was his willingness to take advantage of plebs who simply don't know any better, like any fiat banker-financier would, or stock market marketer who's more concerned with churning portfolios for profit than with improving the lives of the struggling working stiff just trying to get some financial guidance and help who doesn't know where to go for good, honest information and help. He went low key for awhile, then was gradually accepted back into the community. He did his famous Saylor interviews that re-cemented him. Now this. IMO, he's a poser. Even that post you cite is a poser post. I won't be surprised if it turns out he gets into the influencer game on down the road a bit, just to make some money to live the "beautiful" life. Low time preference indeed.
