What an absolute masterpiece! Makes me consider putting together my first case.

From my research of scene / preset modules, this is still the best one. Anyone found anything in a similar direction released in the last 3 years? 4ms released the catalyst module but it's only for offset voltage.

I struggled with hats in my system for so long. This module has changed my game completely... it's one of my favourite modules and im currently trying to justify buying a second along with another Battering Ram 😂❤

All your stuff is amazing. After starting my system 7 or so years ago it didnt really change much, I pretty much filled a 3U 86hp case and just didn't really feel like I needed anything. I discovered your modules about 6 weeks ago and I've already added a Battering Ram, Archers Rig, and Bard Quartet. Absolutely stuning modules and they've completely changed my rack in the best way possible. THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤😁

Banshee Reach and Jewelers Cast are on my want list, but I have other earlier available modules doing the same... only if I could go back in time...

Wish I had more room in my racks for your stuff. You're doing great work. That last patch especially sounded amazing! Some feedback on the video, I found the text overlays difficult to read. Maybe make the text smaller and/or put a dark outline around it? The drop shadow didn't provide a lot of contrast.

I’m the proud owner of a Banshee Reach now 😅I decided to cancel my preorder for a Cycle 5 and get the BR instead. It covers a lot the same ground and I really like the disorder function as it gives the module a lot more range beyond simple and solid VCO duties.

can you select all the sound/filter/ fx parameters for the closed HH too? i got it for the decay, but how do you quickly adjust the volume of OH vs CH?

The versatility in sound of this and the Archer's rig is superb. I've owned every kick/hat module out there and all of them feel stuck in one way or another in a certain type of sound or feel. Both of your modules cover a ton of ground and it's really refreshing. Great stuff.

Hi! Love the demo! I just saw a demo from another content creator - unfortunately it sounded really bad. He stacked his grooves on top of another stepped sequencer then I thought the rhythm was compromised and sounded off. He was using a 4/4 beat. I’m wondering what the cause was? Can you stack grooves with this module on top of external grooves? Maybe that's what he was doing?

I have the Befaco Noise Plethora/Percal combo which is very similar to this setup, and my favorite source for hats. Still want this module for the form factor and ease of use, especially for my travel/performance case.

I just got the module and I have a really hard time to create beats; If I feed it a 140bpm clock from Pamelas new workout it quantizes all the beats onto the 4th notes, so no 16ths or anything. I have to increase the clock multiplier to give me more quantization options, but then the lengths are cut in half and the inbuilt tables are sometimes at unusable speeds. There is no obvious way to create ratchets in a quantized way with 16th notes that don't sound completely off kilter. is there a possibility to increase the quantization "resolution" so to say?
@ShakmatModular5 ай бұрын
Maybe the ppqn on the Pamela's Workout is not set properly ? If you want 32 steps with a 16th resolution, the Pam should send a 4ppqn clock.

@ShakmatModular5 ай бұрын
@@BadTwin25 they are two different beasts :) The Battering Ram is one algorithm with a lot of sweet spots as the Archer s Rig has quite a lot of layers and have a preset approach . We are now working on the modules we teased at superbooth24 . Effects will come later ;)

Found this module while searching Perfect Circuit's website, selecting "Mixer" as the search filter, which I found intriguing when I encountered the unconventional Jeweler Cast. Clever elegant implementation of that Mix knob!! Reminiscent of the EML-101 for me where its Amp knob can smoothly crossfade between the mix oscillator output and its ring mod circuit. Very cool! The even amplitude crossfade sounds so smooth - no annoying changes in combined amplitude. What happens when a signal is plugged into input 3? Would have liked to observe that behavior. Presumably in that case, one can crossfade from input 1 to 2 or 1 to 3, but not 2 to 3. Tradeoffs will have to be conceded for such one-knob elegance! I like it.
