I own 3 minis, 1 mini tote, a regular one for skool, a wallet and the pouch which i use for either makeup or emergency stuff. And I'm thinking of getting some other stuff but haven't decided.

Their stuff is so ugly! I hate that huge logo on them and the shapes and designs seem so impractical. Just overpriced fast fashion.

My bunions have been hurting lately so I needed to totally and immediately shift my shoe style from pointed heels to flats. While looking I’ve seen a lot of videos of Vivaia so I got excited. I bought several orders and styles but when I got them, I realized their sizing is not accurate and all of them were bigger for some reason. Not totally satisfied, I had to do returns and I had some questions but it’s been so frustrating to get ahold of their customer service! No one answers the phone, no live chat, they don’t respond to all emails and if they do, it takes a while for them to respond. Does anyone know if there’s an easier way to get ahold of them? Also, how was your returns experience with them? How long til you got the refund?

i read somewhere that the sling bag gives color transfer onto clothes. have you had this problem with the color clay?

HONEST REVIEW: Customer support only works for influencers. The shoes wear off. The finger foot that stands a bit out because the fabric is so maleable end up giving in the fabric. Also for the pointed ones, the point also gets like a crease that does not go away. Also, I know people that don't find them comfortable and others that wanting to contact the company to change size or other issue never got a response. They also false adviertise sales that then are different once you access the website. OVERALL: these shoes are not woth the money and the company sucks (not to mention gree wash)
