This looks absolutely fun. Too bad it was too expensive to maintain.

Holy shit it looks like a death trap. I’m never going on that slide 😬. It got removed

This reminds me of 3 Rocks on the naches river in Yakima. It's 2 huge boulders right next to each other and a tiny hole you can fit through but the current creates suction so you get stuck going in-between the boulders. I went through once and it was enough for me lol

okay, so, looking at it, it LOOKS worse than it is, there is evidently a current, because he ZOOMS out the other side and without much movement. To get stuck in there, you'd REALLY have to try.

There was always a lifeguard watching which could drain the whole slide in about 3 seconds if something went wrong. Unfortunatly the slide was removed due to high maintenance costs.

Went through this many years ago whilst staying at the theme park , only myself and my dad did it . I have no fear of the water and consider myself a good swimmer but even so I thought it was nuts !! Never be anything like that again for obvious modern health and safety concerns. Shame really!

30:19 that’s the S.S. Norway in the background (formerly the ocean liner S.S. France) for any ship nerds out there. That’s awesome to see a true 2 funneled liner next to a magic class.
@BluetheFortune2006 Жыл бұрын
5:01 and 1:45:10 I'm pretty sure that the other people standing at the background are actually some international presenters Ricardo Fernandez Deu and Francine Galvez (for the Spanish version) at the left with Thomas Gottschalk (for the German version) at the right when revealed can be seen by accident with Matthew, Pat and other cameras surrounding them. Not sure if this is the only time i've saw the other presenters on-screen but why can't LWT manage to hide the international presenters? (and yes, i do get that some countries are also involved with the grand opening... but still)
