Just lost my hardcore druid to duriel. Was training up for a hurricane caster, but only got to level 24. Trained using players 8, had a maul, chainmail, chain boots, chain gloves....Switched to players 1 and decided to take him on. He was 1-hitting all my pets and smacking me around. Almost killed him. But gotta admit, I wasn't angry that I died. Death seemed inevitable. I probably should have ran a shield and tried boosting resists.

Once I switched my barbarian’s tactics up (two handed instead of one slow ass axe) I was able to handle him and other bosses much easier. But Duriel, much like the OG game, is one badass boss.

@@thatbandicoot True. His speed, aggression, and cold aura quickly makes mince meat of players who expect to quickly rush through to act3. At least I was using my hardcore shared stash as a personal stash. Every attempt is progress made.

Farm act 2 until you get better gear. Diablo is all about farming for elite gear

I know he's putting a freeze on you and that slows you even more. So get some resistances
