Hi from UK. The mail just arrived and so did my Batwing 89 and this guy!. Videos aren't doing this figure justice it looks so much better in hand. Ink jet printing on the jaw and eyes,the detail in the Air Jordan boots !. Only thing I don't like is the cape. The Batwing is great for a higher price point of course you'd get the pincers ,pop up guns.. For the price I can't complain. I got mine from Amazon UK ,I've not seen any of the single figures in shops. I hope for more Batman movies of vintage,and I can't wait for Gunns DCU movies,I'm mean we're getting a Fortress of Solitude next year I bet ,Jada does it's fair share of play sets,even The Batman girl one !.

@76highjinks I absolutely agree. The figure has so many details for a small scale. The camera doesn't pick them up well like the bat symbol on the boots. That batwing is on my wishlist. It sold out for us in the US.

It's a smaller scale than Kenner. For the price of under $10, I think it's worth it. It looks great with the Kenner Batcave too.

It's way different than the kenner version . It's actually smaller and has a better face sculpt .

Nice! Didn’t pick up the bundle, so I’ll have to try my luck in the wild. Have you had any issues with staining with the capes? I’ve started to hand wash them a few times as soon as I open them.

No issues with the capes but normally I replace them with customs from an ebay seller called the cape master. Try Aliexpress for gold sups and bats if you can't find them in retail.

Yes, ... I like the new Batmans, too.!! Both the Detective Batman...and the black suited Batman...!! They both are in scale with the Original SP figures... and they are really well done. I hope Todd keeps this scale for all of the future figures in this line.!! Good review.!!

The could've been great if they were at the 3 3/4 scale with basic articulation (kneebends, shoulder rotation & swivel arms/elbows like Marvel Epic Heroes). I tried to help those Jackasses at Galoob when I wrote to them in 93 about this. The Rep. wrote back saying "AWA wrestlers are obsolete." A little later, Galoob is out of business & the wrestling figure industry is Bigger than ever. That rep isn't smart enough to be a Janitor. He'd probably play in the toilets instead of cleaning them.😄

I had this toy and the Bat Wing. The Bat Wing turned into a roadster with the wings removed and the wings turned into a glider that Batman could glide around Gotham but really just around my house and my mom laughing at me making woooshing sounds. Great memories
