the mechanics are pretty much the same, it is a little weird to figure out how to use the water to generate the pop... hahah you'll figure it out!

Both are great! Love the little one trick bangers, especially when you show them at regular speed and then slowed down, so that I can figure what the hell you're doing. But this video is off the charts. It's shot beautifully. It has the correct mix of riding, behind the scenes, showing what's going on around the wave, all the personalities at the contest, travel time, hotel boredem, rider lounge, etc. The pro division is featured enough to get the taste of the winners riding while keeping it tight for the video story. (I can go watch the full runs on another video if I want the full comp). Then it's edited to the music at the right speed which ties it all together. It's a work of art! You should be extra proud of this one.

@@flowcoach3714 I'm not crying you're crying 😭 that means so much to me!!!! I never like to make long edits because of how long it takes, but I wanted to try something different because it's the first time we've had a 3-day event and it was by far some of the best I've ever seen when it comes to riding. There's still so much footage that I cut out because I never put down my camera each day I was there. I was also worried about doing the pro tricks at the end of the video because it feels like it's just there to fill time, but I really wanted to showcase the level of riding that happened during this moment. Thank you again for the amazing words and support!!

Wondering how much the trampoline is used for bounce? I grew up skateboarding and understand the Ollie from that perspective but not having much success on the flow rider...your POV is appreciated. Keep ripping and good luck!🤙

When the water is off you can see how the surface is like a trampoline. But once the water is running it kind of just makes it easier to fall with the impact. I don't think the surface helps that much with your Ollie, but definitely the thickness of the water and the speed of it will help a lot more. I like when surfaces are steep. Almost like a quarter pipe and have really thick and fast water because you can get like 3 ft of air off the wake. But smaller and slower waves are almost like riding a skateboard on flat ground.

That 2.7k at 240fps sounds amazing as well as the widescreen. I'd be interested to see how I could work the bluetooth into a motorcycle helmet on the track, regular street riding would be fine. I'll probably end up skipping this one, between the Max and 11 mini I'm more than fine.
