Thats crazy, we have very close UIDs (though im on EU server) and i did pretty much the same thing, played a ton very soon after the game launched, and i just stopped playing and didnt come back until 4.0. Kind of sad i missed so many of the earlier events

I C6'd my Klee but I did it over a period of time. I got her in patch 1.6. Then in patch 2.8, I got her C2. Then when she came back in patch 3.8, I took her to C6. I skipped a lot of banners but I have no regrets. Next on my list is Shenhe and Ganyu.

i am a 1.4 player, and i am currently on a 18 50/50 losing streak. I have not won my 50/50 once and thats just on character banner, on weapon i lost 3/3 50/50s that i had. I am really debating the chances that are listed.

I love this video! It properly explains acceptable reasons as to why you should C6 a character, which is if you really love the character. I still remember when Ganyu's 1st trailer was released, I immediately fell in love with her. Many were calling her cryo amber and I simply ignored all of that (I don't even care if she heals the enemies lol) She's my 1st expensive character and it took me a lot of resources just to get her C1R1, before weapon pity existed

After playing a ton of Star Rail and falling in love with Acheron, I decided to e6 her. It was expensive, but it ended being less than I thought it would. She was outrageously powerful, and that was fun... for a while. Then it trivialized the game. I could easily clear all the content and I realized I prefer building characters and trying to solve problems. Less than two months later, I quit the game and haven't gone back. My advice to people is to consider whether you want an "easy mode" or whether you want a challenge. For me, it's cheaper and more fun to avoid getting constellations.

i was f2p from the day i started playing genshin (1.6) and until furina, it stayed that way. i didnt have enough primogems before her banner so i bought a welkin a month beforehand. im glad i did because i could barely get her. not my proudest moment but it was definitely worth it. friggin love furina

I saved for 3 years for the Pyro Archon. In the end it took me 640 wishes exactly in total. Pretty happy about it. Also ended with 98400 primos and 51 starglitter still so. I love Furina as well so I will be C3ing her (currently at c0). And I also got Uraku hahah, R2 even, I was going for Redhorn. :]

Honestly i feel your pain.. Furina was bad for me. Lost 5 50/50's and all but 1 was at 75+ pity. And Kazuha destroyed me. Lost every 50/50. All 7 of em. and none of them were earlier than 75 pity. Final insult was that at C5, it gave me 2 Kazuha, and that day i learned that C6 5* dupes give 25 starglitter :(

I think C2R1 is a good place to stop on a character you want to invest in. It feels meaningful without going to stupid levels that can negatively impact your enjoyment (enemies dying right away) while using that character, and gives you more room to save for others.

I have been playing since Liyue’s release and I haven’t won a single 50/50 even once.

I only ever seriously swiped in ZZZ for Lighter after losing 50/50 and having absolutely no events or story left to feasibly get him. The lingering feeling of actually spending money for the first time since the release of Genshin gnaws at me anytime I have a wishing session. The "never going back part" really is scary. If I hadn't saved 400+ wishes for Mavuika and Citlali I would have probably swiped after the awful luck I had and then felt awful about it.

Once i have a favorite its too hard for me to change it. Eula was and is still my favorite since her first release and I dont think that will change throughout genshins lifetime.

500 wishes for 4 copies of the wanted 5 star is not unlucky buddy, it's average and normal. 270 on the other end is extremely lucky. So average and really lucky combined, you were still lucky considering everything.

I've taken a liking to yellan, her ability for exploration and shares a simular role to xinqu I enjoyed her paired with hutoa who i main since i started and still do, with no goals left i set my sight on c6, so i did what every mentall insane person would do SAVE - Arlecchino released: i skipped - Neuvillette released: i skipped - Furina released: had to get her But after more then a year of saving i got what i wanted and untill this day... I still dont have Neuvillette, but a C6 yellan i dont regret

I've got an C6 R2 Nilou and C4 Wanderer (im planning to C6 him). i really REALLY like both of them and do not regret wishing for them. other Characters i got (venti, yae Miko, ...) i regret wishing. Nowerdays i only wish für Chars i like and want to play, not Characters that are good / Meta
