I ❤ the Hayes family and the store. I have been a loyal customer for almost 30 years. Stephanie, Loretta and Pam can answer just about any question you have.

are the numbers for stitch width and length in units of mm or just relative to the machine’s own scale?

What kind of insulation is required to put hot iron that has been disconnected from the wall for heat resistance? Can this bag also be used for a lunch bag? If so, what kind of insulation do I need to keep my products cold

I do have a question on this hot and heavy bag by Annie’s. If it is to be used to carry an iron that you just disconnected from the wall, what kind of insulation is best for heat? And can this be used as a lunch bag if so, what kind of cold resistant insulation is required?

I appreciated that you had the zipper strip be slightly bigger and then cut down to the proper size. My bag came together so great becuase the pieces were perfectly cut. Thank you.

I love it that you make the pockets larger and trim to fit. That works great!

i would love a separate step out zipper sew along! with close up pictures. when you are showing the zippers have the camera be right close to the zipper. we love to see annie but the zipper tutorial should be close up to what she is showing. right now we can't see upclose what she is pointing to or referencing.
