it is not a city within a city, tell that to the thousands who work there but cant afford a cheese cake or know what is a lasagna or pesto sauce.

Awesome! Keep vlogging! Even though it's short, your gave tidbits of information to these places which is educational and provides knowledge to viewers like me! I'm Filipino myself, but now lives in the U.S. in Southern California. I was young when we moved to California. Didn't spend much time in Manila, born in province of Aklan! Therefore, this video sort of interesting to watch! Gracias! 🙂

Hi Chrispi, Another "getting lost" video from you which I don't mind watching because I myself wouldn't know anything, for example, there's that memorial site for President Manuel Quezon. President Quezon is one amazing, interesting past presidents of the Philippines, IMO! Keep vlogging, loving it greatly! Good job! 🙂

They trashed that area now. There are no squatters there before and no tricycles there. It's so dirty now, gee this people in Manila and most of the Philippines. They just throw plastic and papers anywhere. Try to visit my birth city, Iloilo City in the Visayas Region. I've been to Germany and Bavaria area is so beautiful. We stayed in Munich for 5 days from Zurich. Munich is a crazy place too. There was a crazy drunk man all over the train station. LOL!

Makati is the Financial district of Metro Manila
@uchniezt1212Ай бұрын
Makati is just one of many financial districts in Metro Manila. BGC (Taguig), Ortigas Center (Pasig) and Eastwood (QC) are a few others. You are wrong.

Ayala mall on Macapagal Ave,in Paranaque is nice mall.
@uchniezt1212Ай бұрын
This is not Manila. It's NCR (formerly, "Metro Manila"). It was renamed precisely to distinguish the capital city, "Manila", from the rest of the equally valid LGU's in the region. Manila is not the only city in the ENTIRE country fyi, "Manila" is located on the west cost. BGC is in Taguig -- a city on its own on the east. 02:28 Pasig river does not only run thru Manila. It runs thru the middle of the entire NCR.
@wps3023Ай бұрын
Not true. This is Manila to everyone including Filipinos. What you're saying is the political classification which only matters for governance.
@uchniezt1212Ай бұрын
@@wps3023 No, YOU are the wrong person here. Who are you to think that you can define our country any way you wish? The authority to define a country indeed rests with its government and we have LAWS in place exactly for that purpose. "NCR" is established via PD 824 / 1396. "Manila" is defined by its charter RA 409. In fact, I challenge you to go to a store and read your receipt. I assure you, unless you truly are in Manila (e.g. Malate), your receipt will NOT say manila at all. BGC is NOT in Manila. It's in Taguig. Fact.
@BraQKunАй бұрын
@@wps3023 DOST-PagAsa never refers to the region simply as "Manila". Always the region is METRO Manila: two words but always together just one name fyi. If you read "Manila" in the news, it always refers only to the capital city. Either that or it is used as a metonym (i.e. it is not used in its geographical sense but more of a symbolism -- same as the "Crown" can refer to the entire British monarchy). In very rare cases, "Manila" can also be used in its IATA sense but this is a whole different thing. Manila, geographically, refers only to the capital city. Who taught you that nonsense you just wrote?
@uchniezt1212Ай бұрын
Ayala Circuit Mall is practically my neighbor but I've never been there. Oh shame on me ! 🤭 Thanks for this video, I will seriously think about going there some time. Also thank for at least being somewhat correct in your description. This place is not in Manila. It's in Makati. "Manila" refers only to the capital city along the west coast. Makati is a city on its own separate and distinct from Manila.
