4:41 if anybody is wondering you have to make sure the Little tab on the oil filter is inside a specific hole if not it won’t want to go in and also you’re gonna have to put some pressure on the cap to get to the threads to tighten the cap

Got it replaced in 15min by mechanic who removed expansion tank from top itself. First removed top hose, removed screws tank was loose slightly pulledup and removed bootm hose clip. Put it all in reverse way. I was surprised because before that I was expecting same process as u mentioned to remove tyre and covers. Thanks for detailed Video.

Thanks for the video, very helpful! I'm concerned about air being trapped in the coolant system. Does the coolant system not require bleeding? Also, BMW warns against filling coolant without first creating a vacuum (not talking about topping it off).
