IF you're using 2ship port you can turn on alternate assets in the "enhancements" tab.. also can turn off and on the assets/original textures with TAB button. Other than that I didn't mess with anything else. I'm not sure that's any help, but i hope it is.

I remember thinking how immersive this game was when I first played it. Loved it at the time! Still play FP adventure/puzzle games to this day, and I'm 59!
