I am very fond of many songs performed by the Hollies in particular because of the terrific harmonies they produce. I don't have the vocal range to hit the higher notes but have very much enjoyed performing 9 covers of their songs

Pete, that's an accurate observation. When I select a song, I'll identify the highest note I'll have to hit, be it in the main melody or the high harmony, and will then lower the key in which I perform to ensure I can hit the highest note.

Although I began uploading 15 years ago, it was at the beginning of the first lockdown I began to occupy my time by making two videos a week and continued doing so for 3 years, eventually cutting back to one a week. Happy hunting

@@alexandergeoff not me. I'll look it up tho. I noticed that you've also done Massachusetts. We were stating at the St Regis Hotel in NYC a few years ago and were upgraded to a massive suite with a butler no less. (I'd got a lot of loyalty points accrued). The butler told us that the Bee Gees had written Massachusetts in that very suite. I was well impressed.

Thanks Robby. That cheap ukulele has altered from being an add on instrument, just to fill the upper sonic range, to become, more frequently, the main instrument to support the lead vocal. I never anticipated that being the case.

I love this song but found all the chord changes tricky at first, as it is in 3 different keys, but eventually got the hang of it
